Red Rabbit Ramen Owners Mike and Terry Ramsey first fell in love with ramen back in 2014 while eating their way through New York City. The couple got their start as amateur home cooks in a small Brooklyn apartment. They sought out top ramen in cities such as Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles, and Seattle, and even spent their honeymoon in Hawaii in search of all the ramen they could find! Cooking ramen and creating their own unique recipes quickly became the Ramseys' passion.
After years of perfecting their recipes, holding pop-up events, and developing a solid business plan, Red Rabbit Ramen is finally ready to bring quality ramen to Ohio's capital city! Red Rabbit Ramen's menu incorporates dishes from regions all over the world where ramen is celebrated. Each dish is developed with creativity and care. Hours are spent to create broth in-house that offers robust flavors you won't find anywhere else. Noodles are crafted from scratch so that every bowl's foundation hits the mark. The Ramsey's commitment to using fresh, quality ingredients is proven in every detail of each ramen bowl, rice bowl, and small plate served.
